Role Overview:We’re seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager / Product Lead with a proven track record in steering complex projects from ideation to successful execution. The ideal candidate will bring over 10+ years of experience in agile environments, demonstrating expertise in product development, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Define and articulate product vision and roadmaps, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and enhancing system stability and efficiency.
• Foster collaboration across distributed platforms and teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Utilize expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and agile tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins) to advance project goals and technical innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors / Master’s in Computer Applications or related field.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (CSPO, CSM) preferred.
• Extensive experience in product management, particularly in cloud platforms, smart home products, and financial management solutions.
• Demonstrable success in leading large-scale projects that resulted in significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
• Proficient in a variety of programming languages and technologies, with a strong focus on Agile/DevOps practices.
